About Cyrus Corporate Finance
Cyrus Corporate Finance is an independent corporate finance advisory firm, founded in 2019 and based in Oslo, Norway. We are regulated by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) and offer a full suite of financial advisory services.
Our team of six dedicated professionals has completed over 50 projects, with a particular focus on technology and tech-enabled companies. We combine industry expertise, hands-on financial experience, and grit to deliver results together with our partners.

We manage mergers and acquisition processes for both sellers and buyers. Our services include target identification, valuation, project management, and tactical negotiation support.
Secondaries
We facilitate secondary transactions in unlisted assets, providing liquidity for founders and portfolio managers. We conduct standalone deals as well as part of a primary processes.
Fundraising
